is this a good bike? Walmart bike, but i'm not a hardcore biker?

i figured, paying $50 for a used bike on craigslist, i'd rather get a new one for $80. A used bike could have a lot of problems.
But if i spend 80, might as well spend 99 right? so is this a decent bike? i'm not going on a hiking trail or anything extreme.
Just getting from point A to point B about 7 miles a day or less.
Any other places/bikes that you recommend?
I would MUCH rather have a quality bike from craigslist than a bike from Walmart...especially a NEXT bike. So many recalls it's unreal.
Seriously, how good of a bike do you expect for $99.97? Look for a used Raleigh, Trek, Giant, Specialized or other brand that originally sold through a REAL bike shop.
Real bike shops do not sell toys - Toys 'R Us (and other discount stores) do not sell real bikes.
