How can I stop my bike tyre from squeaking/stopping?
I'm new to cycling and have just replaced an inner tube on my front tyre. I had a few problems doing this but have managed to do it and was feeling quite pleased with myself until I put the wheel back on and the wheel won't go round a full 360 degrees(or at least not without being pushed. It does go round if I loosen the nuts slightly but that is presumably dangerous and I'm sure not what you're supposed to do.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but as stated I'm new to cycling and am just about at the end of my tether! I have a lot to learn but at the moment just want my bike to work properly!

If I understand your question correctly your axle cones are being tightened when you tighten the wheel nuts. The axle cone jamb nuts need to be tightened after the cones are properly adjusted.
